This is a pair of silhouettes I have done on aged paper in watercolor. I have hand torn the paper and mounted each one onto pretty primitive fabrics. Each signed and dated print is framed in a black wood frame. These designs are exclusive to Dove Grey Primitives copyright 2008.
I have chosen a special design for each cupboard print that will take you through the seasons or everyday. This set is in golden fall colors perfect for your Early, Primitive, or Colonial decor. Watch for more autumn pieces coming soon.

New Goodes
In my spare time in the afternoon or evening usually while my daughter paints and draws too, I have been working on some early style folk paintings, this girl is my rendition of a folk painting done by a student in the early 1800's. I changed the background and added my own touches:) I had some pretty fabric I picked up they were quilt quarters, so for some craftiness with my daughter we made some rag balls with strips of the aged fabric, they turned out not bad and I like the autumn colours. So that's what is new here, we are in a heat wave....30 degrees Celsius with a humidex of 35 Celsius....makes one move quite slow. My new goodes are available in the shop.
